  Poor cleaning was evident as food orts in the crpet by the sitting table, in the corners. In light of recent publicity about hotel cleanliness, this should havge already been addressed.

  The location of the hotel was excellent. We were within walking distance of many attractions. When our internet did not work, the staff immediately transferred us to another room and provided free breakfast for the inconvenience. The concierge was very helpful and all the staff were very courteous.

  The hotel was beautiful, our room was very nice, staff were very friendly, personable and helpful and the location was great. We had a really wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again.

  I stayed with 3 of my children and we had 2 issues arise: a) there were "2" chocolates left in the room on each day.....with 3 children. It got ugly. b) There were 3 pillows on each bed which did not divide up evenly - 4 pillows per bed would be perfect.

  Hotel needs refreshing, very old feel to it, paint is dirty at many places, furniture has seen better days.

  The toilet flash tank was not working and several times a day we made to fix it. Room 1123
